These are my go to cookies. Simple yet decadent. It requires one bowl and fairly common pantry items. The Coconut Dream chocolate bar is a perfect pair for the nuttiness of the dough and adds a touch more sweetness to make the cookies perfect. But! If you don’t have Coconut Dream on hand, any of Endorfin Bars will be a delicious sub. If the chocolate bar you choose is over 70% cacao, add 1 more tbsp of maple syrup.

Yield: 12 cookies Ingredients
1⁄4 cup runny organic almond butter
1⁄4 cup runny organic tahini
3 tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract
1⁄2 cup almond flour
1⁄4 cup tapioca flour, arrowroot flour also works
1⁄2 tsp baking soda 1⁄2 tsp sea salt
1⁄2 cup gluten free rolled oats
